Identifies all Member database and collect various information to be processed into data of purchase frequency (increase/decrease) as consideration for each Business Unit in evaluating marketing programs, to enhance traffic and sales

HEAD OF CALL CENTER

Arranges and coordinates call center activities, in line with implemented prochedures, regulations, and service standard, to achieve customer satisfaction
Supervises call center activities (inbound & outbound call/messaging), so that each inquiry, complaint, and customer's problems can be well solved in quick and proper way to achieve optimum service level
Regularly recommends effective improvements regarding monitoring call resolution results, for maximum Customer Service improvement, in order to support company image in public's perspective
