Requirements
• Male or Female, with age maximum 40 years old
• Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree, Law or equivalent, with GPA min. 3.0
• Having knowledge & experience in the Legal Process and regulation in the Oil & Gas or shipping company (IPO process).
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Having positive attitude, interpersonal & communication skill, coordination and networking
• Strong leadership and able to work both independently and as a team player
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good interpersonal & communication skill, highly initiative person & good analytical
• Detail oriented and able to maintain performance under pressure with limited supervision
• Willing to travel out of town
