TICKETING - TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Selling holiday and travel products to customers;
Responsible in issued domestic ticket and international ticket;
Handling customer orders and payments;
Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and
schedules;
Undertaking general administration;
Advising clients about passports, vaccinations, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, car parking, car
hire abroad and excursions in resorts;
Dealing with complaints;
Using and updating IT skills, since information on holiday packages and bookings is usually accessed via
a network;
JOB REQUIREMENT :
Minimal educational background is SMIP/SMK/SMU
Having minimal 2 years experiences in the same field
Qualified in reservation and issuing ticket for domestic and international
Fluently in English both oral and written
Willingly to travel and work at any branches of company
Having a passion in tourism industry, and “Service Excellence” attitude
