Job Descriptions:
Mengatur semua operasional outlet setiap hari
Membuat jadwal kerja para karyawan (dinning hall/kitchen)
MemOnitor dan menilai kinerja para karyawan
Menghandle complain dari para pelanggan
Membuat laporan petty cash dan daily sales report
Mengimplementasikan kebijakan dan program dari Perusahaan
untuk meningkatkan penjualan
Melatih dan memonitor para karyawan agar dapat bekerja
dengan baik sesuai Standart Operational Procedure (SOP) yang telah ditetapkan
Perusahaan
Mampu mencapai target sales serta menekan food cost dan
labor cost yang telah ditentukan Perusahaan
Membuat perencanaan pembelian dengan baik
Menjalankan usaha dan bekerja sesuai UU yang berlaku
