Civil Engineer (Kode CEN)
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
Mendesain dan mengelola semua pekerjaan “Civil structure
& construction” yang ada di wilayah perkebunan dan sekitarnya, seperti
konstrusi tanah timbun, jalan, jembatan, sistem drainase, konstruksi baja
sederhana, bangunan perumahan/kantor, dan konstruksi bangunan air, reservoir,
bendungan sederhana, dan pekerjaan penyediaan air dilokasi kebun, sehingga
semua sarana dan infrastruktur perkebunan dapat menunjang kelancaran
operasional kebun dan pabrik.
Kualifikasi:
a. Pendidikan D3/S1 jurusan Teknik Sipil dengan IPK minimal
2,75
b. Usia maksimum 33 tahun
c. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman bekerja dibidang
konstruksi
d. Mampu membuat dan membaca gambar konstruksi
e. Berpengalaman dalam memeriksa hasil pekerjaan konstruksi
f. Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, Program A-CAD, MS
Project dan SAP program dengan baik
g. Bersedia ditempatkan dilokasi kebun-kebun perusahaan,
terutama wilayah Sumatera Selatan dan Kalimantan Timur.

Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
To implement marketing plans and communicate to the target
market.
To ensure execution of promotion campaign are appropriately
delivered to the target area.
To develop marketing materials in order to maximise
awareness and align with image of all promoted brands in various marketing
channels that covers conventional & online media.
To be initiative to activate immediate action plans to
provide prompt recommendations via various communication channels include
interactive social networking.
To support any others marketing event duties as and when
requested in regional branches.
To support the development and execution of the marketing
plan online basis.
To liaise & work upon approved suppliers/vendors on
advertisement campaign, and ensure the proper use of logos and brand guidelines.
To monitor marketing media response data and ROI for
marketing analysis.
To adapt finished artwork for each product campaign/event to
reflect the key messages, features and benefits.
Requirements:
Must possess Degree in Business Management / Marketing /
Communications/ Graphic Design
Strong knowledge & well-verse in internet media working
environment.

Able to deliver task on time schedule and work under
pressure
Min 1 year of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
