Internal Audit Officer Development Program

Cities of placement : Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar

IAODP is a training program designed for fresh graduates to be trained to become professional Bank's Internal Auditors. During the program, participants will be trained basic competencies such as general banking knowledge, Internal Auditing, Risk Management and Finance and accounting. Beside technical competencies, participant will also be trained several soft skills such as presentation skill, team building, negotiating skill and report writing skill. The Program will consist of In class training, field attachment training and On The Job Training. The program will be facilitated by professional trainers, Senior Bankers and Senior Auditors.

At the end of the program, participants will be assigned an audit project and will present in front of the judge panel. Successful IAODP participants will be graduated as Junior Internal Auditor and will be assigned all over Indonesia.

Qualifications:

Any educational disciplines, with min GPA 3.00 for Bachelor Degree or GPA 3.25 for Master Degree

Fresh Graduate or having maxiimum 2 years of working experience

Having strong analytical skill with mature and independent personality

Computer literate (min. MS Word Processing, spread sheets, and presentation)

Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Good team player

Willing to travel all over Indonesia
